By confirming your order you accept the following Terms and Conditions:

1. Our prices are subject to change - Promotional terms only apply in the period stated for the promotion. Charges for delivery vary dependant on order value, weight and post code zone – please see delivery charges for details.

2. Whilst Babyboodle.com will try to ensure that prices on the web site are accurate, we are not responsible for errors that may occur. If we discover any errors in the price of goods before we accept your order, we will notify you as soon as possible and give you the option to resubmit your order at the correct price or cancel the order.

3. All goods are subject to availability.

4. No contract for the sale of any product will exist between you and Babyboodle.com until Babyboodle.com dispatches the product or products ordered. The dispatch of orders will be confirmed by email which will also act as confirmation of acceptance by Babyboodle.com of your offer to buy goods. Please check your details on the dispatch e-mail notification, we advise you print a copy for your records.

5. You undertake that all details you provide to Babyboodle.com for the purpose of ordering or purchasing goods are correct and that the credit or debit card you are using is your own and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods ordered.  Babyboodle.com can take no responsibility for the result of you providing incorrect delivery details.

6. We shall be entitled to process your data in accordance with the terms of our Privacy Policy. When processing your order, the information provided will be subject to credit and fraud prevention checks.

7. Provided you keep the goods in 'as new' condition, you are entitled to withdraw from this contract without stating any cause within 7 days of delivery. You must communicate such withdrawal to us within that 7 day period. If the goods are faulty or do not conform to description, you may contact Babyboodle.com within 28 days and will be entitled to a replacement or a full refund and we will arrange return at our own expense. Babyboodle.com reserves the right to retain the cost of handling where goods are returned for no cause and should you wish to cancel your order after it has been processed you will be liable for any charges incurred in returning goods. 8. Babyboodle.com shall have no liability to you for any failure to deliver goods you have ordered or any delay in doing so or for any damage or defect to goods delivered that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond its reasonable control.

9. Babyboodle.com’s liability for any injury (other than death or personal injury), damage or loss, in particular consequential loss, arising from the use of any goods purchased via this web site, or from the transaction itself, is hereby excluded. Any injury, damage or loss arising directly from the negligence of Babyboodle.com will be limited to a refund of the value of the goods purchased, together with any delivery charges paid.

10. While all reasonable care is taken to protect the confidentiality of your payment card details, Babyboodle.com cannot be liable if, through no fault of its own, these details are intercepted and used by third parties.

11.  If payment is made by any of the following: Visa, Switch, Maestro, MasterCard, and Delta the transaction will be handled by SagePay.

12. English law applies to this contract
