Items identified as on the site as in stock will normally be dispatched within 24 hours. Please allow 14 days for the dispatch of all other items unless otherwise stated. Delivery details for furniture items that include direct delivery or assembly will be agreed with you by email.

We deliver to England, Wales, Scotland, Northern Ireland, Isles of Man and Isles of Silly. Delivery charges vary depending on your postcode delivery zone. To view exact delivery charges simply enter your account details including your delivery post code and view your basket.

Delivery Charges

Zone 1

Delivery is FREE on all orders of £60 or over, orders less than £60 will attract a delivery charge of £3.95. (For confirmation of any delivery charges login to your account and view your basket prior to confirming your order.) Includes England, Wales and parts of Scotland (excludes: Highlands, Islands of Scotland, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man and Isles of Scilly).

Zone 2

Small item(s) sent by Royal Mail attract a delivery charge of £3.95, larger items sent by 24 hour currier will be charged at £8.00 per item. (For confirmation of any delivery charges login to your account and view your basket prior to confirming your order.)

Includes Highlands, Islands of Scotland, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man and Isles of Scilly with the following Post Codes: IV, HS, KA27-28, KW, PA20-49, PA60-78, PH17-26, PH30-44, PH49-50, and ZE.

Zone 3

Small item(s) sent by Royal Mail attract a delivery charge of £3.95, larger items sent by 24 hour currier will be charged at £12.00 per item. (For confirmation of any delivery charges login to your account and view your basket prior to confirming your order.)

Includes Highlands, Islands of Scotland, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man and Isles of Scilly with the following Post Codes: BT, IM, and TR21-25.

Delivery times

Please allow between 2-5 days from dispatch for small items delivered by Royal Mail. Please allow between 1-2 days from dispatch for larger items couriered to Zone 1 and up to 3 days for items couriered to Zone 2 / 3.

Please note all timings are based on normal working days and exclude Saturdays, Sundays and National holidays. As part of our service we offer a range of bespoke delivery service to suit your needs, these include specified delivery times and Saturday morning deliveries, addition charges will apply, please contact our help desk for further information.

Receiving your delivery

All items sent are recorded and must be signed for. Our couriers will not leave your goods at an unsecure location. If you are unavailable to receive your goods a card will be left notifying of each delivery attempt and providing further information. Should you remain unavailable your goods will be held at your nearest depot for a period of up to 3 weeks. Goods will then be returned to our distribution centre and you will be charged a handling fee of £15.

Part Shipment

If your order contains more than one item we may unless otherwise notified and at our discretion part ship items as they become available.

Damaged Cartons

Should your carton be damaged in any way we request you accept the delivery and check the contents. If your goods are received damaged please notify the help desk by Phone or E-mail. The Help desk will advise you on our actions to resolve any issues you may have quickly.

Returns

To return a product(s) please contact us quoting your order number which may be found on the confirmation e-mail or the delivery note. Depending on the product type we will advise on the return.

Please make sure the product is packaged securely, ideally in its original shipping carton including the delivery note that arrived with the product. If you do not have the delivery note please include your full name and address, and if possible your order number.

Returns Policy

While we trust you will be completely satisfied with the goods you have purchased should you wish to return an item we will make it as easy as possible.

In the first instance please contact us quoting your order number which can be found on the delivery note or your confirmation e-mail. Depending on the item we will advise you on the best returns process

Unwanted goods

You may return unwanted goods within 7 days provided they are in their original packaging in an unused, saleable condition and we will give you a full refund or exchange. You may choose to arrange your own collection ay your own cost, or for lager items you may like us to arrange collection which we will recharge to you at our couriers normal rate. Usually Up to £15 per box for most items with combined dimensions of less than 300cm and to a maximum of £40 per box for heavy furniture items. The help desk will advise you of exact collection costs as part of the returns process.

Faulty goods

You may return faulty goods within 28 days for replacement or a full refund, you may be asked to return small items by post the cost of which will be refunded at the standard second class royal mail rate. Larger items will be collected and subject to verification of the fault the collection will be no charge.

Please note we do not ship to or arrange collection from outside the United Kingdom.

Wrong item sent

In the event that we have sent you the wrong item we will arrange for it to be collected and the correct item to be delivered. If the item is less than 2kg we may ask you to return the item via the mail and we will refund you the cost of second class post.
